Description: Watch as equine clinician Patty Minter demonstrates skills and movements that can be used with a nervous or young horse, or to strengthen your seasoned horse while on the trail. Then you and fellow equine enthusiasts will enjoy dinner and share saddle or trail experiences. Hungry Bee Catering (www.hungrybeecatering.com) has a delicious menu planned: salad (vibrant greens, sliced tomato, cucumbers, shaved red onion, local white cheddar, balsamic vinaigrette and ranch dressing on the side), hot chicken paprikash (famous braised chicken and vegetables served over spaetzle dumplings), sliders (caprese and roast beef) and something sweet to top it all off. For just $5 a seat, you can't beat this kind of demo-dinner duo! Patty Minter is a USDF Silver Medalist trained in eventing, jumping and dressage, as well as a seasoned trail guide in Pennsylvania, Florida and Montana.
