| Description: | Explore the beautiful East Branch Reservoir while searching for the historic Crystal Lake and learning about it's rich history. Ages 10 and up with adults with canoeing experience; 10- to 12-year-olds may ride in middle, one per canoe only. Ages 12+ to paddle! Phone registration begins October 1. Please no unregistered people. Notify the Park District if you must cancel, for sake of people on waiting list. Wear shoes to get wet or muddy. Bring change of clothes just in case the canoe overturns. Bring water. |
