Description: | Learn about our amazing winter birds and how they are adapted to survive Geauga County winters, then make a hanging peanut butter* and seed feeder! We will conduct a feeder count and go outside to try our hands at the bird-in-the-hand feeding station. Program is indoors and outdoors, so dress for the weather. THIS IS A DROP-OFF PROGRAM. Children should be dropped off by their parents by 10 AM and picked up by noon at the West Woods Nature Center. Registration required. * ALLERGY ALERT: The craft will involve spreading peanut butter on a wooden form. |
