| Description: | Celebrate Ohio Archaeology Month, Paleoindian-style! Youngsters and adults gain insights into the life of Ohio's first known people, the Paleoindians with indoor and outdoor activities: test your mettle at various ancient survival skills: try out a spear-thrower, chip a flint scraper and play the stealthy caribou hunt game. Barter for needed materials and take part in a simulated archaeological dig. For older audiences: enjoy the Tool Time: Stone Age Handyman's Special about Paleoindian tools from 3-4pm, and Living in the Ice Age from 4-5pm. |
