Description: Is there an ancient meteor crater below Ohio's Seneca county? Learn about an ongoing scientific investigation into Ohio's ice-age past. If weather conditions permit, this program will be followed by night-sky viewing using the Oberle Observatory telescopes until 11:00 PM.
Accessibility: Partially Wheelchair / Stroller Accessible
The indoor program is fully accessible. However, the 25" Oberle telescope can only be accessed by using a ladder. We will have our fully-accessible, 16" telescope available as well. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help you participate! Email Chris Mentrek at
