| Description: | Enjoy a springtime adventure to explore vernal pools and welcome frogs and salamanders coming back to pools where they were born. What amphibians will we discover? Our findings will also be recorded on iNaturalist as we participate in the 2018 City Nature Challenge, a global competition celebrating local biodiversity. Mostly outdoors, so please dress for the weather. Boots recommended for wet ground around vernal pools. Children should be dropped off by 10 AM and picked up by noon. |
