Description: American and Japanese spacecraft are on their way to the asteroid belt; explore the riches they hope to find, and examine an asteroid fragment for yourself. Weather permitting, program will be followed by night sky viewing using Oberle Observatory telescopes until 11 PM.
Accessibility: Partially Wheelchair / Stroller Accessible
The asteroid program is fully accessible. However, the 25" Oberle telescope can only be accessed by using a ladder. We will have our fully-accessible, 16" telescope available as well.
