Description: | Explore the fascinating connections between Ohio's prehistoric people and the sky before constructing a model of the ancient Newark Earthworks using 2,000-year-old Hopewellian geometry. If weather permits, this program will be followed by night sky viewing using park telescopes until 11 PM. |
Accessibility: | Partially Wheelchair / Stroller Accessible The program is fully accessible. However, the 25" Oberle telescope can only be accessed by using a ladder. We will have our fully-accessible, 16" telescope available as well. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help you participate! |
