Description: | The Beaver Moon comes when beavers are hard at work getting ready for winter. Come learn about the moon and these fascinating animals, then observe the rising moon using park telescopes (weather permitting)! This program will be followed by night sky viewing until 11 PM if the weather is clear. |
Accessibility: | Partially Wheelchair / Stroller Accessible The full moon program program is fully accessible. However, the 25" Oberle telescope can only be accessed by using a ladder. We will have our fully-accessible, 16" telescope available as well. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help you participate! |
