There’s no bridge connecting the two halves of this park, but our intrepid campers will be finding their own off-trail routes through the ravines and waterways of Big Creek Park. Please wear footwear appropriate for an “X-treme” hike, and be prepared to cross several creeks. Participants should bring a lunch and a water bottle, as well as sunscreen and insect repellent that can be applied on site if needed. Participants will be dropped off at the Meyer Center building at Big Creek Park, 9160 Robinson Road, Chardon, OH 44024. Other equipment will be provided and is included in the registration fee. Financial assistance is available. Please call 440-286-9516 for details. Registration required.
