Description: Marked by blue blazes for over 1,400 miles, the Buckeye Trail winds around Ohio, reaching into every corner of the state from a Headlands Beach State Park on Lake Erie to a hilltop overlooking the Ohio River in Cincinnati. Northeast Ohio has a special advantage of having a 250 mile “Little Loop” of the Buckeye Trail. This presentation will give the history and evolution of Ohio's scenic hiking trail and a pictorial presentation of the sections that make up the “Little Loop”. Come take a virtual tour around the "Little Loop" and learn about the Little Loop Challenge - a collective effort to hike the entire Little Loop in one day!
