Description: | Join a naturalist to discover the tiny toads and treefrogs hiding in plain sight near the springtime pools that were their nurseries. Dip into the water with Park supplied nets to find some of the tadpoles that have not yet emerged while we share some natural history of the lives of these amazing amphibians and some of the other creatures that share the pools. |
Accessibility: | Partially Wheelchair / Stroller Accessible Most of the vernal pools are along the Discovery Trail which is accessible. One pool near the shelter is not. |
