| Description: | Join a naturalist to discover the tiny toads and tree frogs hiding in plain sight in pools that were their nurseries. Dip into the water with park-supplied nets to find some of the amazing aquatic animals living there such as tadpoles, giant water bugs, and dragonfly nymphs. We will practice social distancing and face coverings are recommended. Registration Required. |
| Accessibility: | Partially Wheelchair / Stroller Accessible Most of the vernal pools are along the Discovery Trail which is accessible. One pool near the shelter is not. |
