Description: | A light-hearted, fact-filled, VIRTUAL reflection on the men, monkeys, missions, mania, “myth-understandings” and miscellaneous minutia associated with the earliest days of space exploration thru Apollo 17. Earthling of all ages guaranteed to be enlightened and entertained! Special “pre-flight” activity for participants arriving T minus 5 minutes to start time. Also learn about the library’s new telescope lending program and some basics on how to use a telescope to view the moons of Jupiter and rings of Saturn!
