| Description: | Join park staff on this off trail hike into woodland ravines to enjoy native spring wildflowers and view the invasive, aggressive lesser celandine that threatens to choke out the native flowers. (Note indoor informational meeting before the hike.) Hike will be on rugged, potentially wet terrain; must be physically capable of several miles of on and off-trail hiking. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy boots or shoes with good traction that can get wet and muddy. We will observe social distancing and use of face masks. Registration required. |
