Description: Take an off-trail hike into rugged, wet woodland ravines to enjoy native spring wildflowers and view the invasive, aggressive lesser celandine that threatens to choke out the native flowers. (Note indoor informational meeting before the hike - please register separately for that program if interested.) Hike will be on potentially wet terrain; must be physically capable of several miles of on and off-trail hiking. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy boots or shoes with good traction that can get wet/muddy. Walking stick recommended. Registration required.
