Agenda includes: Demographics and History of Maple Production, How Sap Flows, Maple Tree ID and Sugarbush Management, Tapping Procedure and Guidelines for Tree Health, Collection Systems, Processing Maple Sap and Finishing Maple Syrup, Canning and Packaging Maple Syrup, Making Quality Maple Syrup, and Maple Syrup Production Economics.
