Vernal pools are critical habitats for a number of creatures. Discover some of the vernal pool inhabitants and learn about how the pools are managed in order to provide for their needs. After the indoor portion of the program, we'll walk the trail to see the pools and look for evidence of amphibian and aquatic invertebrate activity. NATURE'S NOT TO BE MISSED. |
